Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to all states within the United States that permit such shipments 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to any destinations outside of the USA.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as weather conditions or carrier delays or choice of shipping method and processed payment form by the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, added to the final billable
product cost, based on the shipping method selected and your state sales tax and excise tax location within the U.S.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws regarding nicotine products, we cannot ship to certain states or regions within the U.S. It is your responsibility to ensure that nicotine products are legal in your state before placing an order. 7SEAS OU will use its best efforts limit shipments to states in which such shipments are not permissible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
